About an hour later, I had this...
mmmmmmmm
Nevermind the half empty jar...Geof and I couldn't resist a sampling..and yes, it was very tasty. Don't worry, none of the bodily fluids mentioned before made it into the recipe, I promise. I did however learn a few very important things....when sharpening a knife it's best
not to use the bone in your finger...and...after chopping jalapenos, wash hands
thoroughly and whatever you do
DO NOT wipe the sweat from your brow!! My hands are still burning from the peppers. Lesson learned. I must say that the end result was well worth it all.
And just because I'm in a sharing kind of mood, I've decided to share one of the recipes I gathered on my trip up north. My grandma made this while we were visiting and it was uber tasty. Enjoy!!
