Ravelry, I can't quit you!

I've come to the conclusion that Ravelry is both a blessing and a curse. I've been in a creative dry spell for a long time but since finding Ravelry, I've got ideas coming out the wazoo! The only problem is that there are only 24 hours in a single day. Also progress on Prairie Star and other wips has been at a crawl some days because I can't tear myself away from my computer screen. I tell ya it's like porn for fiber fiends! I've found interesting people, patterns, yarns, ideas...I love it! I can't sing the praises of Ravelry loud enough!

My latest addition to the I-must-make list is the lovely sweater you see to the left, which I discovered via Ravelry. It's called Klaralund and it is knitted. You can do an image search for "Klaralund" and see tons of better pictures. I plan to take the schematics and make a crochet version. It basically looks like a tube for the body and tubes for arms. Sounds simple and looks easy enough to reproduce. We shall see, but first I must finish a long list of other things.

If you haven't signed up yet please do yourself a favor and do so now! From what I hear the waiting period isn't as long as it has been in the past and it's soooo worth it. Just click the button...come on, you know you wanna!

Progress pic of Prairie Star coming soon, I have another round I'd like to finish before doing another photo shoot. It's coming right along, still no complaints!

A crocheted version? Sounds delightful!! I'm secretly hoping that it moves further up your list soon. :)
